What’s Your Therapy?


The word ”therapy” comes with a lot of stereotypes. There are so many things that prevent us from truly understanding the purpose of therapy and what it means to address mental health. The reality is therapy can make us feel extremely vulnerable.....But vulnerability creates the opportunity for growth. So start where you are comfortable! For you, maybe your comfort is yoga, gardening, crafting, journaling, designing, walking, knitting, dancing, or even singing in the shower. Start where YOU are comfortable and learn more about what “therapy” means for you!
